Derry Credit Union's 2024 AGM
Thank you to all our members who attended our 64th (54th) Annual General Meeting on Monday night, 4th November, in St Mary's College. Members attending exercised their democratic right to vote on important matters and elect their fellow members who were standing to fill vacancies on the board. Congratulations to Delma Boggs, Colm McCauley, Rosemary O'Doherty and Leo Simpson who were elected to the Board and to Moore (NI) LLP for their appointment as our External Auditors for 2025.
For members who were unable to attend the AGM, an annual report and set of financial statements can be accessed by clicking on the links below and hard copies can be collected in our office. In these documents, you will find important information on the developments, progress and achievements made across the departments and committees of your credit union in the year ended 30th September 2024.
Finally, Dividend Day is Wednesday, 6th November. Our offices in Derry and Claudy will be open from 9.15 to 5.00 pm for the withdrawal of dividend and interest rebate payments only. Members attending the office may have to queue. To avoid waiting times, you can attend the offices any other day afterwards or transfer your payments online to your bank if you are registered for our online banking facility.
