The Derry Credit Union Young People’s Awards

Congratulations to all 90 nominees at our 19^th annual Derry Credit Union Young People’s Awards which took place on Monday night, 25^th March, in the City Hotel. Our Young People’s Awards scheme recognizes the outstanding work, accomplishments, courage, and generosity of our local young people. While you are all winners in our eyes, we wish to pay particular acknowledgement to the 17 individuals and 7 groups who were runners-up and winners in each of the 8 categories.

We thank Derry Credit Union Vice President Delma Boggs, keynote speaker Amanda Johnston from Social Enterprise NI for her inspirational address, and the talented singer-song writers Rebecca Mulhern and Cora Harkin who entertained guests with their truly memorable performances. We also thank and acknowledge the hard work and preparation of our Derry Credit Union Youth Committee who hosted the event, supported by our staff and Board.
